▪ In February 2016, the Product Development Division of Tongda Technology was split from Tongda (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. and incorporated as an independent company. Adhering to the "concentric and diversified development" strategy, with mold design, material application development and injection molding process as the core, integrating automation and intelligent technology, the company cooperated with Decathlon, IKEA, Wagner, YETI and other customers and expanded its business scale rapidly.

▪ In April 2020, the company completed its share restruction. Tongda (Xiamen) Smart Tech Industry Co., Ltd. was name changed to Tongda Smart Tech (Xiamen) Co., Ltd. intending to lever the power of the capital market in its three main channels -- sports & outdoor, home appliance and health care, continuing to move forward rapidly.
